Euromodal and CHRYSO unite in the Portuguese market

After more than 36 years of satisfaction and success enjoyed together, we have decided to integrate with CHRYSO, a powerful French Multinational with ambitious plans for developing in sectors where we believe that EUROMODAL’s know-how and values mean success.
On October 16th 2018, EUROMODAL has become part of the CHRYSO Group. Family founders, Francisco Quintas Araújo and Jorge Quintas Araújo, will remain as Managing Director and Sales Director respectively.
Production will be from our new automated plant, situated Rua do Cheínho, 120, 4435-654 Baguim do Monte near Porto by year-end.
CHRYSO, a world leader in manufacturing additives for concrete and cement as well as developing added-value and innovative solutions for the building industry operates in more than 100 countries. It has been present in Portugal since 1993 servicing the most relevant infrastructure projects in the country.
Euromodal’s offering will be enlarged with the wide technology of CHRYSO Group and will be readily accessible to our Portuguese customers.
Sharing the same values, we are committed as ever to maintain high technical support, formulating admixtures and conducting various kinds of laboratory and on-site testing to maintain close ties with you as customers.
We emphasise that this transaction will not disrupt normal business operations and that we will continue to meet your needs. Please note that:
- as regards commercial relations, the current telephone and emails will not change;
- with respect to sales proposals, terms in places will remain and Euromodal will continue its offering as usual;
- no changes are expected in the product types marketed;
- Euromodal website remains the official means of communication and will continue to be updated.
