Euromodal invests in new facilities

In Baguim do Monte the future of Euromdoal is being built. In a 2500 square meters area, near Porto, the new facilities are being born, which will include the admixture factory, testing laboratory and offices. The complex will be built until the end of 2016.

«With the new facilities we will initiate a new phase, we will be able to play in a higher division», says Francisco Araújo, one of the four partners of the company founded 30 years ago, and explains: «The new factory and the new laboratory will alow us to perfect our products and provide an even better service to our customers. We are betting on the highest quality to follow our customers even better and conquer new ones, both nationally and internationally. We have bought, for instance, testing equipment from Testing which is the leading company on the German market and among the best in the world. Our objective is to be a reference in Portugal and in the world, with an export rate of 40 per cent.»

The new construction integrates the expansion plan iniciated in 2013. This plan envisages a total investment of 2 million euros until 2022.
